I'm not sure how to add a link to it, but i just uploaded an album of the 4runner. MPG is between 18 - 22mpg. Not incredible but pretty good for this gen 4runner. things can be done to improve mpg also, intercooler, new rear springs etc

I understand the concerns raised over the price, all good points raised but you are paying for a complete vehicle. Yea, you could go do it yourself, awesome, go for it. Not everybody is inclined or has the ability/resources to do that though.
