Think I have found the problem. Took the charcoal canister and tested the vsv located in the canister. Did not click when power applied to it. Tested with multimeter and the solenoid is shorted. It read zero ohms. Probably stuck and shorted out the coil on the solenoid Sent from my iPhone...

Well found the problem. It was the vacuum switching valve on the charcoal canister. Did not click when voltage applied to it. When checking with meter it shows zero ohms. So the solenoid is shorted out. Looks like I have to buy a new/used canister. The vsv comes off but I cannot find a...

thank you. kinda what i suspected. I guess this weekend will take the charcoal canister out and test the valves on it and test the vaccum lines with a vaccum pump. Was just wondering if there was an item that was a usual suspect. I will reply back with what i found.

Mine is an 03. Changed fluid at bout 100k. Haven't touched it since. Currently have 245k. Kinda afraid to mess with it now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They finally did mine bout 2 months ago. They left bolts out and broke the ashtray. Plus didn't put the trim around the passenger door. They replaced the ashtray. But wouldn't replace speaker that buzzed after they did it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I pulled out the Xreas and replaced with standard shocks and struts. I couldnt justify spending 2000 dollars on a new system.

I have an 03 sport. Got 245,000 miles.

I went to do a brake job on all 4 wheels. 3 out of the 4 were frozen. Went ahead and replaced them all. Had no symptoms at all, just would not compress for new pads
