Sorry for the bump (the downside of using the search function). What/where is the failure point of the stock rails ('06 Sport, round bars)? I suspect it's the plastic 'feet' but I'd like to make sure. I just got a CVT Mt. Shasta RTT from a friend that I'd like to mount for a few weekend...

Yeah, we're using them for my dad's '66 Vette project. How do they get the print so small on the wires?? lol The jeep is way too simple though, all I'm doing is eliminating a few wires for un-needed accessories and cleaning up most of the looms (using the original harness).

I always hated the saying/stickers too. I've got an '87 (AMC) YJ Wrangler with the 4.2L I6 that I've had since ~'97 currently in the (very sloooow) process of tearing her down for a rebuild. Gotta love old wiring. :nerd:

Thanks, but that's not it. The 'dead socket' doesn't even have pins on mine and wouldn't 'keep' the plug had I even tried to use it. As I mentioned, the clock worked until I restarted the car... so if it were in the wrong socket the whole time my clock nor my rear window would not have worked...

Nice! I love the widebody pre-runner look if the wheels/tires and lift are setup to match... but I'm not so big on the 2-tone paint. Looks clean though, GL with your negotiation!
