So I've got one weird troubleshooting question for all of you. I have a 99 4runner with a 4 cylinder engine 4wd (basic model), It only has about 50,000 miles on it.
Here's the problem: When the outside temperature gets below about 10 degrees F, I can start the runner just fine, drive it fine...
