On my setup I currently have average of 19MPG highway and 17.5MPG mix city/hwy I have a 2005 Sport 4x4 V8 139k miles now. Gibson exhaust, 2.5 inch lift from bilsteins up front and spacer in rear. tires are 265/65/17. Smaller than I want but it came with the 4runner with only 5k miles on...

I have the cracked manifolds and can deal with the ticking for now. Its a expensive fix that I am not sure is worth fixing. Which leads me to ask, Will the cracked manifolds eventually get worse? SHOULD I replace them? I don't mind the ticking if I means saving $1500.

I Put on 5th gen calipers and rotors on the front back in September on my 05' sport. Hasn't been that long but, everything is great. if you get the centric calipers...make sure you paint them before you install. they will rust within a week.

I've been using the green fluid in my V8 for 6 months. Shop flushed and filled with the green. Runs fine. But Sounds like I need to flush again and put in the Toyota pink? It's that big of a deal?

Just out of curiosity, you can just bolt these onto a V8 with no other modifications? Is there any long term effects from putting a turbo charger onto a V8?
