Good evening! My 1996 4runner recently died while driving. It died quickly. No sputter or gasping. As quickly as it died, the horn started blaring. When I turn the key off the horn stops, but as soon as I switch it from ACC to ON the horn blasts and the engine will not engage. I've tried...
