I did gap the NGK plugs. Replaced the PVC and rubber grommet. one of the hose barbs from The little plastic valve that runs from the charcoal canister to the top of the throttle body broke. Would that matter ? Also noticed at idle the timing was at 0, moved it to 10. RPM picked up 100 rpm.

I installed the TPS and made slight movements and nothing changed. I did trace my spark plug wires and they are correct.
