If this mod was still around $1500 or even $2000 i would have done it already. Prices have gone up so much thanks to sleepy Joe's poor economic and covid policies. Recently I was quoted $3600 plus tax for Parts + Labor for a 5th Gen 4Runner.

My rig has been lifted for over a year and a half and binding never occurred before. The binding only started when I swapped out to new OEM CV's. A 3" lift shouldn't cause binding, my axle angles aren't crazy at all...

Technically yes it slightly reduces clearance. Not sure on the gas mileage.

Not the bumper but I’d definitely like To get a swingarm & extra tire. Also bc being able to adjust the rear I can chose my rake or remain lvl depending on the addition dead load of RRT/ tools.

Thank you! I only measured ground to fender. Stock fronts = approx. 35.25" Stock Rears = approx. 36.5" Lifted front and rears = approx. 39.25" But I am going to raise the rears by another 0.5" for a little rake.

I added 2x 1/4” coilover shims to each side which increased the lift by another 1”.
