Does the URD Y make it sound way louder/obnoxious?

I'm trying to decide if I want the stainless with ceramic coated side exit dual tip or if I should spend a little more and get the Magnaflow. Any opinions?

On URD's site, they say the Y pipe isnt emmisions legal and not for on road use. Does it really make a huge difference? I have the S&B CAI and want to add the Y pipe, MAF, and a catback (can't decide which one).
