Driving home earlier tonight and at a red light i noticed my rpms dropping quickly, and my oil light flickered then off, and my check engine came on at the same time. My truck died but then turned right back on. Any input? Thanks guys 98 4runner 3.4l v6 233k miles

Boards I took mine off, to me it looks way better and much taller, plus its not too bad to get into with them off.

Cat Thanks for all the replies guys, Im going to try and clean it and see if that improves, If not probably just order a new one since for my make and model its around $50-$70. Thanks again guys

Lift I noticed after a 3 inch body lift my back end still sagged and plus I would tow a trailer every now and then, I put air bags in my back coils, only like $50 and very easy to install, it seriously added another 3 inches to the back of my rig and they stay inflated for a gooood amount of time.

Does anyone have experience in cleaning one or know what works well to clean one? My check engine came on for a day and the acceleration seemed off, then went away so I was going to clean that out.

check engine Thats what my buddy had mentioned. How do i go about that?

My check engine light came on last night and it seems like it wasn't accelerating like it usually does, like it could be floored and not do much. Still runs fine, gradually gets up to speed but not what it usually does. Any hints or ideas?

Hey guys I recently purchased a new hood with the scoop and I was curious about where to purchase the vent that links the scoop with your air intake so it puts better air into my intake. Thank you.
