Just had this happen to me along the Mogollon Rim 2 weeks ago. Ordered new OE bushings and new brackets; apparently Toyota has also changed their front bushing and brackets for 2020+ T4Rs. What did you find out was the cause?

Just purchased the shrockworks tray also; any issues with the Odyssey battery with it's ability to carry the load of your accessories? Not wanting to go with Optima and I was already considering modifying the Shrockworks tray due to the size difference.
