P1130 code 2000 4Runner, v-6, automatic trans, california emissions Code reads A/F sensor Circuit range/performance malfunction, bank 1 sensor 1. Do I need to replace the 02 sensor or the mass air flow sensor? Is bank 1 the drivers side?

I purchased a new 02 sensor and at the time of installation realized I had a California emission equipped 4Runner. Can someone give me the correct aftermarket 02 sensor to purchase? The 4runner is a 2000 v6 automatic trans. Thanks in advance and any advice is appreciated.
