Update: the whining noise is actually a vibration from the exhaust touch metal at higher res I am goin f to try to figure it and pinpoint and fix it :)

I have the Gibson elite black exhaust dual, love how it looks, fits “ok” does rub but I’ve remedied it. However another worse problem now what am I suppose to do about the “whistle/whine” coming from the exhaust at higher Rpms especially when downshifting going up hill it’s very Annoying.
