I am located about equal distance between Houghton Lake and Traverse City. The 4Runner handles the snow great, especially with her new shoes. A lot less tire spin with the REVOs. I also really like having the AWD and not having to shift in and out of 4WD.

I was on active duty in the Marines from '89 to '93. I was trained as 0341 and for MCSF. I spent about 2 yrs in MCSF Atlantic and 1 1/2 yrs in the Fleet, with 3/2 & 3/8. So what are you doing in Okie?

#3 With the new 265/70/17 Bridgestone REVOs mounted. Sorry its a little blurry. I think the sun light reflecting off the snow messed up the pic a bit.

This is my second thread here on the site. I just want to say hello and share some pics of my 4Runner. The first two pics are with the old Dunlop 265/65/17 on her. I wish she was still that clean.

FirstToyz, thanks for the compliment. I decided to go with the REVO's. My local tire dealer and ordered a set today. Since he is mainly a Dayton tire dealer (owned by Bridgestone) the price was reasonable ($147 +tax per tire) IMO for a small town dealer. He ordered them while I was there...
