Have you called them? Call and ask for Steve. I've had some issues with mine, nothing like issues you are having, but I will say Steve will stay after it and take care of whatever you need. The customer service he provides is absolutely top notch! Give them a call!

I used the Odyssey 34R-PC1500T. Since it has the reversed poles it fits really well. Its been a great battery! I can't say enough good about it.

Toytec has some springs for sale. You might check them out. So many of the springs are made by Eibach. They just either add coils and/or stiffness (measured in lbs).

I put on my lift in December and had this same issue. Snapped one of the front bolts off while taking the bolt out! I just figured the bolt had issues. I took that little piece off, drilled the center and used an small ez out. It worked like a charm and no damaged threads! I wasn't aware...
