It seems I do not have e continuous power for the lock or window to work with the fob. I can hit the windows button but get just a beep, and the unlock just doesn't work unless the car is on. What could that be?

Why do I have to have the key in the ignition and unlock the door to open my hatch and why can I only roll the window down from the inside and not by the lock or the fob?

Its so weird like it won't work unless the car is on and I roll down the window a lil but to use the wiper... the door is dead completely if I don't have the key on.

I have an 05 runner... the rear won't open with the fob, the defroster and wiper won't work unless I open the window and close it. I have to have the truck running to unlock and open the hatch. I've gone to two mechanics and that can't fix it. What's going on with it

My back hatch won't open unless I hit the unlock on the door. The key fob let's me in to unlock it. I cannot even roll the window down with the key fob. Also just noticed my cigarette lighter phone charger shuts off if the car is not running. Any help?
