Just had to do buy the same thing about 6 months ago. Key fob is pretty cheap and you can program it yourself. The key itself is the kick in the groin. I could be wrong but I thought you had to have a master key to program the additional key from. Got the key blank off the web but it was $90...

So my 8yr old brings it to my attention that there was something wrong with the window switch where he was sitting. (I am sure he had nothing to do with it right??).. Long story short.. the window button has been pushed down inside the door.. It still works fine but is no longer in its usual...

If I remeber right, they used to make one for the 4runner but it had all kind of issues so they no longer make it. I think there are a few post on here from a few years back about people and the issues they were having with the Amsoil brand oil filters.

Anyone ever used the products from this supplier - Brake Rotors Discs Pads Brakes Cross Drilled & Slotted Price seems reasonable and the warranty seems too good to be true. Usualyl mean the product is poo.

I am looking into replacing all four rotors. They are stock with 90k on them. These things wont budge. Any secrets on how to break them lose? Penetrating oil and hope for the best? Thanks

Replaced mine about a month ago. Took about 15 mins for the removal / install. Getting the computer to recognize the new part was the hardest part of the whole thing. Its a very easy fix. Motor is a little pricey though.

I got it to work, I ran out of options so I went back and just tried to lock / unlock the lift gate with the key. Motor started working as soon as I turned the key. Good to go. Very simple process. would of been done in 15 minutes if the computer would of picked up the motor right away.

OK, so I got the new motor installed, and it wont recognize it. I have tried disconneting the battery.. have done the rear window reset procedure and even pulled the two plugs from the ecu.. still no power.. any suggestions? Thanks
