I use Yakimas. They are on a Gobi rack but have used them previously on a Thule on my old 3rd gen and hey are made to fit just about anything. On the Gobi they are very solid. Also like how it all fits with my Thule box and also like that they fold down when not in use.
Rear bumper should play nice with Gobi ladders. Lots of us seem to have them. Another issue that has come up in the past is relocating the backup camera.
Look forward to seeing their designs & hope they come out before I make the decision about new bumpers.
