Thank you for all your help, since I have a spare 4runner for parts I swapped over the crank shaft position sensor. Issue fixed !!!!

Today was first time ive rev'd my truck above 2800 rpm and noticed it starts to sputter bog feels like its hitting a rev limiter at 29-3k rpm at idle and under load No CEL. Its a 99 3.4 5spd with 185k miles. Idles great drives great as long as you keep it under 3k rpm Ngk wires, denso plugs...

Check ground wire conected to your intake manifold, i had same cel last week after new secondary o2 sensor and numerous maf cleanings. Ended up being a loose ground contact.

I have tundra 5100 with eibachs up front and oem lc shocks with lc springs in rear. Running C rated duratracs 285/70/17@38psi and in no way does it ride like a Cadillac. Lol
