thank you for all the responses. The sound came back and I was able to get my girlfriend to drive the car and capture the sound from the outside. I think its pretty safe to say the sound is coming from the drivers side rear brake. Link to what I captured below. YouTube

I wrapped my 2015. it cost me around $200. As far as durability, I never got a chip in it and after 5 years it never started to peel. I recently traded it in for a 2020 nightshade and plan on doing the same wrap. I cant post a picture for whatever reason but one should be in my post history or...
