I removed the useless TRD pro rack, sold it on marketplace. put on a yakima with 70" wide bars. I put paddle boards and roof box on top and truck is more useful.

im looking to remove and replace my 2021 4runner TRD Pro Roof Rack with the standard roof 4runner roof rack with rails. is this a direct fit?

is this a trd pro? if so that rack fits no problems?

my thinking is I can remove rack, cap off the front 2 open holes and cut this part and make the rack work. thoughts?

is it possible to just buy this part so I can try to modify myself?

He just texted me and said he’s no longer doing it. Do you think there is just a simple rubber cap solution that can go over the two front openings on the upper bar is removed? Does anyone know the inside and outside dimension of the tubing
