Are you using the higher output bulbs? Those last far shorter than the standard output bulbs. Also skin oils on the bulbs causes them to fail early.

Is it a small enough section of threads that you could run a tap through and clean them up?

I was worried about the wait on this (or if it would ever even happen), so I just finished up CAD plans for my own. Just placed the metal supermarkets order. I wish I could weld, but I can do all of the cuts. I'll have to pay someone to do the welding for it.

Finished my water and fridge platform. The fridge is powered by a Jackery 240 that I charge via the T4R when running and a solar panel on my rooftop Pelican when stationary. The platform is made out of HDPE sheets and aluminum extrusions.

I have money burning a hole in my pocket for one after passing up on the ctnewman run of these.

Mine had a .5" lean from the factory. It was then a 3/4" after the lift.

I tried using a 10mm and a 15mm, but neither took care of it. I fixed it with a 1" Cornfed on the driver's side rear.

I have used a Stant 10504 since I bought my TRD OR new in 2019.
