Make sure that you check the frame for rot and repair. That would be the #1 thing to check. I picked my my 05 SE in October with 119k in about the same condition for 8k if that help to put things in perspective for you, but I am also a fierce negotiator.

Keep the new one in the freezer for at least 24hrs before you try to install it. The rubber bushing contracts from being frozen and allows a much easier installation.
