I am having the same problem! It is definitely temp dependent. I have had it fully latched and while driving and the temp dropped it released on its own. Did the new assembly fix your issue?

Thanks for the input! I ended up going with the OEM Kings with 10" rear shocks. I only have an additional 200#'s of weight in the front which I mentioned when ordering. Hopefully this will be the perfect setup. Now the waiting game begins...
