Correct. I left my high-beam bulbs in there just to keep out dirt but they aren't plugged into anything. The high-beam is now bi-xenon and a little shield flips out of the way to expose more light from the low beam.

You should be fine. Are the 2.5 daystars for the rear? I'd just use lift coils like Icon or Toytec Superflex. I have FJ coils/5100's in the front set at the highest level (about 2.5" of lift) and Superflex rear coils (2.5" lift) in the rear with 285/70-17 Duratracs and I fit fine in my garage. I...
