Yes ~ $400 per flair section. They have to remove each piece and likely replace the clips and gaskets. So you have labor for R&R, prep, paint, material.
Again this is California pricing, Nevada or Oklahoma probably cheaper
I've been going through the same thing with my silver 07.
This is California pricing but in general you're looking at $400 per panel for labor and paint. A fender is a panel, the flair is a separate panel.
You can order pre-painted cladding from Toyota for a little more than that and install it...
So if it's under the foam is there any reason to be concerned about installing a new cover? I only ask because some covers say the "airbag pouch" should be transferred by a professional but that looks like the ones that are stored in a pouch in the cover.
I have an 07 limited with side curtain airbags. My leather seats also have the small tag. However when I recovered my front passenger seat I do not recall seeing the airbag and for sure there was no pouch in the cover like I've seen on youtube. So what gives? Is there an airbag in there or...
The spacer is attached to the hub with nuts so there's a minimum material thickness behind those nuts. I think that's why they all end up being 1.25".
Not to sound like I'm lecturing but I really think these wheel spacers are a bad idea, if you can find a wheel/tire combo that gets the look you...
If you have the time maybe swap em out, it's not hard.
Although there's not a ton of load on that joint os unless you were off-roading I doubt catastrophic failure would occur. Most people don't even pay attention to this stuff and I don't see a lot of 4runner on the side of the road with...
Anyone tried these? Falken quit making the 255/75/17 when production moved to China. Hoping these are equal in wet and snow and maybe a little quieter?
And made in USA
Thanks
They have the e-locker and that's it, the shocks go as soon as you lift it and they aren't really anything special anyway.
Compared to the Limited which has the big brakes and all the interior comforts. I guess the "trail" badge is important to some people.
I finally received mine after I ended up doing OEM reboot. It's as advertised and all Toyota so I'm going to hang onto it and lose the core.
With 264K I'm sure I'll need a replacement at some point.
The 255/80's are all load range E which is a pretty heavy tire. I daily this 4runner so I try to keep my tires in the P or LT category.
I think E is like 16 lbs heavier per tire which kills MPG even more.
The Atturo trail Blade looks interesting
