thanks i cant really see any damage to the cv axle or anything but what gets me is it comes and it goes sometimes its just a noise and other times it has a slight vibration to it. how much does it usually cost to have the front wheel bearings replaced or how hard is it to do?

I have recently started getting a strange noise coming from my drivers side front wheel that kinda sounds like the roar of a mud tire but i have street tires on my 3rd gen 4runner. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem so I know a little more about what it might be before I start...
