Replaced mine after 4.5 years in South Louisiana. Grabbed a duracell agm from batteries plus and the 4Runner cranks over much much faster.

Was planning to go to Ridge Grapplers but Pep Boys had these for $97 today in LT285/70/17 so the decision was made rather easily!

Highly recommend the no spring compressor method. I've lifted vehicles both ways, and lifting my 4Runner with that method was way easier and safer. A good long pry bar will help get the lower shock mounts into their correct location, thats the one tool I always use for a lift install. Good luck!!

I second Rad Rubber. I had a set on my FJ and they are way better quality than oem. I actually just noticed my same liner on the passenger side is gone, about to order Rad Rubber.

Just wanted to update this thread with my experience. PM'd gamester5 for contact info and contacted his source last week. Purchasing the warranty was as painless as possible and I got all paperwork yesterday in the mail. Can't recommend this route enough! Saved me a large amount of money.
