oil pump plate I found the washer, but not before I tried to take the oil pump cover off.

Im doing heads and timing belt, dropped a washer down the oil galley after I took out the cams to relplace the heads,found the washer. I loosened the oil pump plate cover but cant get it off the crank it seems like the oil pick up tube is connected to the plate,Im about ready to pull the motor...
