Grill Refresh Painted the front grill to match the lower "silver" fascia. I never liked the color matched look.

We for sure have the same problem. Might be on the right track with the coolant water pump thing. I have looked for that as well by leaving the engine running and looking throughout the engine bay with a flashlight. Deninitely frustrating, but if this is the only problem that I end up having...

I have a weird smell too. It almost smells like burning oil, but I have no leaks anywhere, no signs of seeping, and no burnt residue anywhere. Where is the smell coming from? Front? Fender? Undercarriage?

I live in Fresno. I used to off-road quite a bit in my younger days with my 83 Toyota Pickup. Man that was a great truck... wish I still had it. I would totally be interested in some "moderate" off roading spots! Thanks for the tip on the blemished set... not like they are going to be seen...
