Thanks Jed! Very quick response. So, to satisfy my curiosity, what does the ATRAC button do? I'm guessing it turns off ATRAC for full time 4wd or models with the diff lock?

I know this is probably a dumb question, and I'm prepared to be virtually bludgeoned if so, but I couldn't seem to find it specifically addressed using the search function. I also downloaded Toyota's '08 brochure (I have an 08 SR5 4wd), but ATRAC wasn't specifically mentioned for any model...

MaliciousClout - I'm ordering a Daystar 2.5/1.5 and spydertrax 1.25" from a local parts store. Zon, that sounds like pretty good logic. I don't really understand the hub-centric thing, but from what I think I understand then place where the hub takes the load is the same, the change in weight...

First post...woo hoo! Anyway, I'm installing a 2.5/1.5 spacer lift on my "new to me" '08 in a couple of weeks and was thinking about adding Spydertrax at the same time. I know there I'll need to do a little trimming, but other than that, are there any issues I need to worry about...
