All fasteners and jam nuts are tight.
Geometry is correct.
Drag link to Track bar geometry is good.
Spacers are removed.
Caster is 5.5*.
Toe is -1.5* (toe-in)
Tires are balanced and rotated.
Knuckle pre-load is exact.
IFS box is a rebuilt unit, so it should be good...

The difference in coilover height settings is definitely AN issue even if it isn't THE issue.
