do you have enough brake fluid in the resivor? or is the part on the ebrake not making contact or making contact causing the light to come on or it could just be a faulty wire as well! i am not the best on brakes so take what i say with a grain of salt! so just check your brake fluid! its quick...

yep, some times you have to fix the main problem! water in you oil needs to be fixed as well!

i had almost the same problem but mine is a '86 22re it was my exaust gass transducer and the cat! but if you fail the visual inspection then it does not mater how clean your rig runs! i dont know what/whear/ or if you have a transducer but mine whent out and it made the ecu try to compinsate...

i cant see any thing wrong with this! a pic of the out side of the motor just shows how clean the out side of the motor is! internal issues need internal pics!

fourwd1 i was using 3 hours as a estimate to show that shop rates suck and can be costly! i have never cracked open a axel to do the seals yet!

and you should check out other mecanics in your area for prices. it might give you a ball park idea on what it will cost!

have you thought about shop rates? the parts and mark up on them may only be like lets say $300 cause i dont know how much seals are! but lets say $300 of that quote is the gaskets and grease for the seals and the joints!but the 900 of that might be the shop rate to pull apart replace and...

some thing that i heatd is use dry ice! it may cost more than a harbor freight chisel but but it is safer than deforming the floor pan! just make the dry ice in to small chuncks and lay the dry ice on the tar matt stuff an let the dry ice do the work for you! i searched in the search box up...
