whoops its a 91 runner with a 3.0. Kinda weird they located it on the engine hoist ring on the drivers side head and looks like they abandoned the one on under the intake manifold. So if there is no signal coming from the knock sensor it won't start? What kind of signal is being generated from...

So will a broken Knock Sensor keep it from running? somebody relocated the knock sensor to the outside instead of under the intake and now the wire broke off. Will it keep it from running or just throw a code?

So I have a 91 runner with a 3.0 in it with a no start condition. I have checked fuel pressure and spark. both are good. I can squirt some fuel in the throttle body and it will run until it uses it up. Put a noid light on an injector and no pulses. From looking at the print it looks like that...

Strut question So picked up a 2008 SR5 4x4 V6 with 150k miles on it. I was going to put new struts on it because of the mileage but got to thinking I have a set of brand new struts fully assembled off of a 2014 Toyota Tacoma V6 4x4 would those bolt right in or not. Have been searching for...

So picked up a 2015 SR5 in attitude black metallic for the wife. Noticed the rear bumper is getting beat to death right past the factory plastic gaurd. So I was wondering if anybody makes something that would protect the bumper where the plastic ends? Don't know if that makes sense but the paint...

Just what I was looking for. So no rubbing issues in the front? Don't know why that size has so many different choices and the prices are way better. Usually see people running 265 or 285 but definitely like the look of those, fills up the wheel wells a little better. Thanks for the pictures.

Anybody running this size tire on there 14 or 15? Wanted to level the front and run something a little bigger but not a full 285. Seems to be alot of choices in this particular configuration also. If you are post some pics .:thanks:

Yup looks like I will be getting the nfabs for the runner my 5' tall wife is already complaining about it and I haven't even leveled it up yet. Oh well what are you going to do?

3wbdriver That is the look I am going for right there. The good thing about the billies is you have that option to play around with them. Did you have any problem with getting the alignment to come in?

I understand it is "level" from the factory but I really don't like the rake look, probably just me but for some reason it really bugs me. Oh and I can't believe they are still using Dunflops those will be the first things to go. So sounds like .85 is the ticket I guess.
