I had a spark plug boot that was grounding to the block and inhibiting spark, giving me a misfire. I think spark has to be your issue. 5 and 2 are connected. Your compression check looked okay. You already addressed fuel delivery. I don't see how timing or oxygen could affect those cylinders only.

Def the coil. Swap two of them to see if the problem changes. Or just get a replacement - used or new would be ok

I put in a new antenna and ran the wires the same way the old ones were. My reception is perfect until i start the truck. While its running its all staticy. I see theres a bunch of wires and computer chips and shit under the dash there, which I assume is my problem.... but thats the same place...

The cam bolts adjust camber right? If new UCAs have camber adjustment, why wouldn't new UCAs work? Maybe its so far out that the UCA can't bring it in spec at full adjustment - but OP never mentioned how far out it is?

I think a run of the mill muffler shop can fix that with some squinty-eyed welding

did you remove that super long bolt that holds the arm on? That would allow the knuckle to move and give you more room for the puller. Or heat it up and use the pickle fork more.

Was the only difference between the 3.0 R150F and the 3.4 R150F the bellhousing? Could you have just swapped in a 3.4 bellhousing? Just curious
