thanks for the ideas, i did alot of searching in this site yesterday and i got some good ideas that i will look into. i will keep you all advised. unfortunately it will have to wait till this weekend, work calls.

i have a 91 runner sr5 v6 automatic 4wd, the transmission seems to be starting out in second gear and the other the day the transmission temp came on, it did go out after i let it cool down and has not come back on but i have not driven it much, the od light keeps flashing and it does not go...
