Nope. This buzz started randomly this summer. It's just now starting to get cool enough in the AM to need heat here in SE TX. I'm assuming they're related.

I used Treadwright on a Full Size Jeep project roughly... 7 years ago. They fell apart pretty quickly. I wouldn't do it again unless they've done something drastically different since then.

I think official recommendation is to drain the diff. Last time I did it, however, I wanted to see if I really needed to drain to cleanly swap a CV. I jacked up whichever side I was working as high as I could, propped it with a jack-stand at the frame, and pulled the CV. No oil spilled...
