Heater Not Working, Weird Noise (With Video)

So, on start up, there's a buzzing sound from the passenger foot-well that goes away after about 20 seconds.

HVAC will blow from all outlets, windshield, top, and feet, but will only blow cold air.

Anybody have an idea what's going on before I start taking things apart blindly?

Did you hear a clicking sound from behind the dash for quite a while before you lost heat?

Nope. This buzz started randomly this summer. It's just now starting to get cool enough in the AM to need heat here in SE TX. I'm assuming they're related.

My blend door actually went out and started clicking. I replaced it before it froze.

A friend of mine waiting through the clicking for a few years. Eventually his started buzzing and he lost heat. If that's it, it'll cost you about $150 in parts and about $200 in labor at an independent shop.

Its this part in red that is not moving a lever from the heater core from hot to cold so it starts buzzing.
I have not fixed mine as of yet.

Did you ever fix this?
I have the same issue..the noise when I start the engine and no hot air... I got under the glove compartment and that black part/component is the one that vibrates in mine also.
Just curios if you took it somewhere to get it fixed or you fixed it yourself and how difficult it was..
