My 2018 TRD Off Road does not have auto headlights, so I noticed that when the lights are set to DRL only the low setting for the highbeams come on, no side markers. My hope was to have the side markers with no highbeams at all when set to DRL. Is this what you have done? The picture attached...

The SCU is located behind the dash panel on the driver's side, to the right of the steering column above and behind some white plastic duct. Look at the picture in my original post for reference.

Well the idea is that splicing a toggle switch allows me to select when to have it enabled or not. My understanding of the KDSS system is that below a certain speed (something weird like 12mph) it allows the suspension to articulate more, such as when you're going through a technical section...

But adding quick disconnects, you're saying instead of a "hard" splice I could make it so the wires I splice to can reconnect back to themselves if I want to remove the switch? Sent from my SM-G950U1 using Tapatalk

I have a friend with a trail edition 4runner and he spliced a toggle switch to his stabilizer control ECU. I'm thinking about doing the same, but he recommended trying to do it as a plug and play solution instead of a slice by getting the matching plug for the control unit and making a harness...
