I have that exact model of Pioneer in my 2013. You need to purchase the part posted above in the previous comment. It takes 3 timed pulses to get the DVD player to activate. Grounding it out won't work.

I am looking to replace my shocks and struts on a 2006 4runner. I have searched the forum for a step by step but cannot find anything. It is a 2wd. Maybe I am missing it somehow. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Just so you guys know, if you install the HID kit from KBcarstuff your HID's will stay on even when you activate the high beams. If you do this fog light mod, it will then let you have your lows, highs, and fogs all at the same time. Not sure why anyone would need that, but it's possible.:banana:
