Flashing green light on internal rear view mirror

I searched for this problem on this forum and on Google and found nothing for a Toyota.

Also, my tire pressure monitor flashes for 1 minute then goes solid. All pressures are OK. I'm wondering if they are related somehow. This just started yesterday under normal driving.

2013 SR5, 3,000 miles.

Any ideas?
