    4th Gen: How did you plug the holes in the wheel well?

    Damn, I noticed these holes only now when they started going rusty. Wish I paid attention in 2008 LOL. Thinking to clean them up and plug with a squeeze of engine silicone. But, does anyone know why they are there and why Toyota leaved them open?!
