Anyone have any advice as to how to get this repaired or replaced? I've searched ebay with no luck. Can Lee and Cates or someone like that replace the glass? Any suggestions? It's just cracked, I have no idea how it happened, not shattered (yet) so I'd like to get a jump on it before it gets...

yep, I got it. I am willing to let the tech troubleshoot for no more than 2 hours ($200) to see what he may come up with.
