Yep, I did that, he spent a couple hours going over it and everything was nearly perfect except for tires & brakes. Got her to knock off $200 on the price and called it good. The tires are loud anyway, I'd be changing them even if they didn't need it.

Correct. Option was 2.5% variable or 3.99% fixed. Even if the interest rate goes nuts, the variable has a cap of 5.5%. It would take quite a few rate hikes to match the fixed rate.
