Compression testing is extremely easy if you have the right tool. just take the spark plugs out and place the compression tester were the spark plug goes and turn the car over. if to pistons next to each other are low then it is a head gasket. You looking for a compression of around the 150...

Yeah same thing grounds or earths. Look for loose bolts or crappy wires in regards to your earth/grounds.

A compression test would be a good place to start. To me i believe it is a head gasket.

Killer Water My gen 2 89 t4r cuts out when i go through deep water i have to wait a minute than it starts any ideas. I don't think its the distributor cause i have taken the cap off and its dry

My 89 gen 2 t4r kept goin flat i discovered the altinator was full of mud and was not workin properly. has this happened to anyone else or is it a known problem. If so wat solutions are there.

Also you should check all your earths. A dodgy earth can cause all kinds of problems

i think you will be fine. i sleep in mine all the time. One of my mates is about 190cm tall and he fit ok. All i do is take the head rests out and fold the seats up and the floor is perfectly flat all you need is a mattres.

I have no preference between the two they both do the job.
