    Oil change interval

*Results may vary! I purchased my 2015 with 44k in 2017. Ever seen I have changed my own oil around the 10K mark. I always use Castrol Syntec and an OEM filter. I am at a little over 125K now but since 109K have been sending my oil to Blackstone for analysis. I am only two samples in (and one...

    Looking into tires

On my second set now. First was great. No issues at all...now I wish mine lasted 103k...closer to 50k for me before they were spinning in the rain. But I highly recommend them for daily driving and light off-road.

    Purchasing Toyota Warranty

Bought my wife a 2024 Highlander Platinum in June. I reached out to Troy for warranty quotes too. Much cheaper than the dealer offer. And can purchase anytime before the 3 year/36k mile mark. FD-Warranty

P2443 Code Still After Valve Replacement

After changing spark plugs, my 2015 was throwing a P2443 code. So I found an OEM driver side secondary air injection valve on ebay and installed it. However, I am still getting the code at cold starts. Anyone else experience this and what was your course of action?

Mechanic I trust says I need to replace a frozen rear brake caliper, pad, rotor

Not horrible if you aren't going to do-it-yourself. OEM Calipers are about $171 each online. $77 each for OEM rotors. $50 for quality pads (Akebono) and another $10 for a hardware kit. Then you'd have a labor...not sure how many hours their system shows. I'd consider a brake fluid flush/change...

Should I replace the drive belt on my 2016 with 70k miles?

Just take your time and it isn't difficult to do. I used the Bando belt with the same part number printed on it as the OEM one. I also have this tool set, link below, and made it sooooo easy to replace: Amazon.com

C4 Engine Bay Accessory Tray as ARB Single Compressor Mount

Well it certainly fits without an issue. I have had it installed a week now and nothing hits. I did add a 45 degree elbow so the connection is level, but that's only my OCD, not a clearance issue.

C4 Engine Bay Accessory Tray as ARB Single Compressor Mount

For those that are looking for an affordable ($25) mounting option for their ARB Single Compressor. Just need to drill new mounting holes and paint/coat. C4 ENGINE BAY ACCESSORY TRAY

C4 Fabrication Engine Bay Accessory Tray

Anyone have a C4 Fabrication Engine Bay Accessory Tray? I have been trying to get the mounting surface dimensions but not getting a response from C4 or other retailers. I think it would make an affordable mount for a ARB single compressor at $25... Anyone?

    Bilstein 5100 Height Settings

I have had mine set at 1.75 with rear 1" Cornfed spacers for almost two years and I have zero complaints. Just get it aligned after the install. I installed them myself, solo...not hard to do if you are handy and have tools.
