Agree on avoid World Toyota, they cranked the drain plug on the oil filter down so much that I had to just remove the entire filter. Recommend doing simple jobs yourself or just paying to have them done.

Enjoy the x5 man! I love my 4R, but really miss my bimmer. They are incredible vehicles. Over the next few years I'll be able to pickup a used M5 (or new if the economy improves:) and keep the 4R for tailgating / times when I need an SUV or off-road capability.
