So I bought the truck used from my mother in law. Tailgate would not lift, took it apart and cleaned out everything replacing the plastic clips holding the rods, and still did not work. So just last week I had to replace the starter, and by the way the starter was the original on my 98 4runner...

The back handle is very loose when I squeeze it. As if nothing is making contact. The window does roll down.

What ever comes out of my ass. I'm a very flatulencey person.

I've looked and I've looked, but I can't seem to find the owners manual. How does one normalize the locks and the windows? I've also looked around the forum and the one page that describes the operation is down. Any help is gladly appreciated.

First time posting, although I've been lurking here for a while. I have a 98 4runner and I replaced my front end u-joint yesterday. The old one was shredded and it did a bit of damage to the yoke and the front end of my driveshaft. Question is can I replace the shaft and the yoke with a 98 model...
