thank you guys, the rear heater has not been producing heat for a lot of years but I didn't bother because its not important. the thing that bothers me though is that no one mentioned to me that these were hanging since probably 2007, ive brought it at least 20 times to a garage since then...
I had to remove my running boards on my 96 4runner due to the brackets being eaten by rust. then I noticed these hanging wires and have no clue what there for. does someone know what they are?
