My readout has leveled off at 19.4 and I usually calculate my actual mileage (with my iphone app :) ) to be between 17.8 and 18.5 (combo city/hw). There is def. something wrong somewhere if you are getting such terrible mileage. Sorry I can't provide a solution. I can ask another question...

If you do a lot of golfing, esp with buddies, you should go with the rear cargo system. You can only fit one, maybe to bags in the back laying left to rigth w/o resting your clubs on their heads on the wheel wells. When I have more than myself, I lift up the cargo shelf and put the clubs up there,

i too have been thinking about unloading my T4R and getting something a little cheaper. I decided against it for the very reason stated above. So, I just refi'd from 8% down to 3.99%. My payments are cheaper, i pay it off sooner and I have about 8k in equity according to NADA...happy...

I replaced all of the borla hangers with the stock Toyota hangers. I too was having the issue with the crappy Borla hangers splitting. The rubber they use is way too hard while the toyota rubber is softer and can handle being torqed more. I think the hangers are relatively cheap from toyota...
